Six things you cannot practise by typing into a box. Print at 100% on A4 and work with a pencil, a ruler, compasses and a protractor. The model answers are on screen but hidden when you print, so the sheet comes out blank.
These are already in your Study Plan — you do not have to remember to do them. The date on each card is the night the planner gives it to you, spaced out on purpose rather than clumped together; it moves if you run ahead or fall behind.
📏
Constructing Triangles
›
4 exercises: triangles from three sides with compasses, and from two sides and an angle or one side and two angles with a protractor, each finished with a measurement. All arcs score — the notes say exactly where.
📏
Graphs, Curves and Tangents
›
Complete the tables, plot quadratics and reciprocals, draw tangents and estimate gradients, solve equations off the graph, and draw travel graphs where distance is the area you count.
📏
Curves and Statistics — the first sheet
›
5 exercises: plotting a curve, reading solutions off it and drawing a tangent (E2.9–E2.11, E3.2), then a scatter diagram and a cumulative frequency curve (E9.5, E9.6).
Histograms with unequal widths (frequency density by hand), cumulative frequency with median, quartile, IQR and percentile read-offs, and scatter with a line of best fit.
📏
Bearings and Scale Drawing
›
Measure and draw three-figure bearings with a protractor, back-bearings both ways, two-leg journeys to scale, and position fixing where two rays cross. Compasses set against the printed scale bar.
📏
Timed Mixed Mock — 33 minutes
›
One 22-mark sitting under exam conditions mixing every by-hand skill once: a triangle construction, a curve with a tangent, cumulative frequency, a bearings drawing and a scatter. Self-mark grid at the end.
One honest caveat about printing. These pages size their figures to the width of the paper, so a printer that scales the page will change the lengths. Every sheet that needs a real measurement carries a printed scale bar — set your compasses and ruler against that bar, never against a centimetre ruler, and the exercise works whatever your printer did.
